Tradition is the sanity of society, which is either being refined and violently upheld
OR being slowly discarded as society recoils from the
necessary violence needed to uphold its sanity.
As our society now forbids Capital and Corporal punishment, including the smacking of children,
it is recoiling from necessary violence,
so sinking into impotence, chaos and poverty.
