General Business:
Peter expressed dissatisfaction that copies of the Explore Jandowae brochure have not been made available for our precinct to hand out. We would also like those for neighbouring towns to be available for us to hand out. Greg will look into this matter.
We are to apply to host the official Australia Day Breakfast.
Members reported that $100,000 is to be spent in Jandowae on beautifying the main street.
The vacant block near the new toilets is the responsibility of the Business Group.
The Chinchilla National Seniors will visit our complex next Tuesday 10th at 2.30pm. Beryl, Jan, Ian and Heather offered to be in attendance.
Sandstone is to placed under the bee log.
Jan thanked Beryl K for the contribution she makes to the garden. Jan would like the oleanders to be pruned with a chain saw.
Peter will contact Darren Ehrlich to fix the windmill as it is not turning off in strong winds.
Jan has asked the Junior Rugby Union to clear out under the cottage.
